1. Overview & Platform Acceptance

Welcome to EarnAffiliate.in, India's premier creator performance and multi-brand commerce network. By registering as a creator, generating referral links, accessing the influencer dashboard, or promoting any client partner brands (including but not limited to CustomizeKaralo and SongBanalo), you legally accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Affiliates and creators operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, agency, franchise, or joint venture between you and EarnAffiliate.in or its merchant partner brands.

2. Eligibility & Account Approval

  • Age & Residency: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
  • Active Social Presence: You must maintain an authentic, active social media channel (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or WhatsApp Community).
  • Verification & Approval: All creator registrations undergo verification. EarnAffiliate.in reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, or terminate accounts submitting incomplete, fake, or misleading information.
  • Valid Indian Banking Details: You must provide a valid Indian Bank Account or UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA) registered under your verified legal name.

3. Tracking Mechanics & Attribution Windows

EarnAffiliate.in employs advanced, dual-layer attribution technology to guarantee accurate sales credit across all partner merchants:

🔗 90-Day Cookie Window

When a consumer clicks your unique tracking link, a secure 90-day tracking cookie is stored in their browser. If the user completes a qualifying purchase on the partner website anytime within 90 days, the commission is credited to you.

🏷️ Custom Creator Discount Code

When your audience enters your approved creator discount code (e.g., CREATOR100) at checkout, the order is 100% attributed to your account across devices and browsers, even if cookies were cleared.

4. Multi-Brand Commission Models & Milestone Unlocking

Commissions vary by partner brand and product classification, reflecting the fulfillment nature of the goods:

🎵 Digital AI Products (e.g., SongBanalo.com)

Because digital AI songs and virtual products are delivered instantly online, commissions (e.g. 30% of order value) are credited directly as SUCCESSFUL into your wallet in real time upon payment capture. Zero courier holding delays.

🛍️ Physical D2C Products (e.g., CustomizeKaralo.com)

For personalized jewelry and physical merchandise, commissions (e.g. ₹150 flat per item or 15%) follow a delivery-based lifecycle:

PENDINGCredited on order placement while custom items are hand-crafted and dispatched.
SUCCESSFULUnlocked for payout immediately once courier confirms doorstep delivery.
VOIDEDCancelled orders, fraudulent attempts, or Return-to-Origin (RTO) parcels are voided.

5. Payouts, Thresholds & Financial Compliance

  • Withdrawal Threshold: Creators may request payout once their Successful balance reaches a minimum of ₹150 (1 coin = ₹1 INR).
  • Transfer Timelines: Payout requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours via direct UPI transfer or NEFT/IMPS bank deposit.
  • Transparent Accounting: EarnAffiliate.in charges zero hidden processing fees to creators. Statutory TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, 1961 is deducted only if an individual creator's aggregate annual earnings exceed prescribed statutory thresholds (₹15,000/year).

6. Sponsored Content & Free Paid Ads Boost Program

To accelerate creator earnings, EarnAffiliate.in and partner brands may invest 100% brand-funded ad spend into top-performing creator reels and videos on Meta/Instagram.

  • Creators grant EarnAffiliate.in and relevant partner brands a non-exclusive, limited license to run official partnership ads on verified promotional reels.
  • All product purchases driven through boosted campaigns are fully attributed to the creator's code/link at standard commission rates.
  • Ad funding selection is based on video quality, creative clarity, and engagement metrics at the platform's editorial discretion.

7. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities

To protect client brands and ensure fair compensation for authentic creators, EarnAffiliate.in enforces strict automated fraud detection:

  • No Self-Referrals: Creators may not use their own referral links or codes to purchase products for personal consumption to extract commission cashbacks.
  • No Trademark Paid Search Bidding: You may not bid on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or paid search queries for registered brand keywords (e.g. "CustomizeKaralo", "SongBanalo", "EarnAffiliate").
  • No Misleading Advertising: You may not publish false claims, inaccurate discount promises, or counterfeit marketing material.
  • No Automated Traffic Manipulation: Cookie stuffing, pop-under redirects, bots, or unauthorized traffic generators will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Platform Governance & Contact

EarnAffiliate.in reserves the right to update these terms, onboard new merchant partners, or modify commission schedules. Creators will be notified of material changes through their creator dashboard or registered email.
